As a Support Technician II, you will join our service desk to help healthcare clients manage technology and respond to daily needs, with hybrid work and onsite at client offices.

Competenze

• 2-3 years in a helpdesk or similar advanced technical role, required.
• Prior MSP experience is required.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred (HIPAA familiarity).

Mansioni

• Resolve client issues through support tickets and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Manager and Team Lead for exceptional service.
• Triage ranging issues, from basic to complex, per end-user requests.
• Document notes, track time, and update technical docs.
