Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to internal and remote users.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues and guide basic troubleshooting.
• Document incidents with detailed notes and track progress to resolution.
• Install and maintain devices, configure email and desktop apps, and support setup requests.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with users throughout the process.
