Job summary

Gekko Group is seeking a full-time IT support specialist to cover 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support across Windows, Google Workspace, and our bespoke platforms. Based at our Newbury head office with four days on site and a remote day on Friday, you will help onboard new starters and maintain IT services.

You will diagnose hardware and software issues, document processes, and work with the team to improve tech workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing 1st-3rd line IT support across Windows, Google Workspace and bespoke platforms.
• Able to onboard new starters with inductions and technical training.
• Strong documentation habits and cross-department collaboration.
