Zusammenfassung

Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the Operations team. This role focuses on Tier 1–2 support for staff technology, with emphasis on macOS, Apple hardware, and collaboration tools.

You will manage tickets, document solutions, and ensure smooth operation of Microsoft 365 suite, SharePoint, Teams, and related services. The role is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days in-office in Harrisburg, PA.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years supporting macOS and Apple hardware in enterprise/nonprofit/education/government environments; 3+ years preferred.
• 2+ years administering or supporting Microsoft 365 services.
• Troubleshoot common connectivity issues (Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
• Understand user provisioning, access management, MFA, identity workflows (preferably Microsoft Entra ID).
• Proficient with ITSM/helpdesk ticketing platforms to document, prioritize, track, and resolve requests.

Aufgaben

• Provide timely Tier 1 and 2 staff technology support with thorough troubleshooting and follow-through.
• Communicate clearly with staff, manage helpdesk tickets, document issues, and ensure resolution.
• Support macOS devices, Apple hardware, mobile devices, and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Zoom, Zoho One).
• Manage endpoint and account tasks: device setup, enrollment, app deployment, inventory updates, provisioning, offboarding, license changes.
• Troubleshoot identity, access, MFA, connectivity, conferencing, and peripheral issues; escalate complex cybersecurity or infrastructure problems as needed.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks; coordinate with vendors as required.
