Job summary

Majestic Steel USA is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide onsite and remote technology support for Associates, troubleshoot issues, and maintain devices and end-user systems. You will help improve support processes and documentation while ensuring tools run smoothly across the organization.

The role features a hybrid work environment with in-office days Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and optional remote work Monday and Friday.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year in technical support, help desk, or desktop support with hardware/software troubleshooting.
Experience supporting Windows-based PCs and Microsoft 365 in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote technical support to associates, prioritizing urgent requests.
Troubleshoot Windows, M365, applications, hardware, network, VPN, sign-in and device issues.
Configure and maintain computers, mobile devices, phones, printers, and meeting-room tech.
Support service-center tech and equipment with focus on reducing downtime.
Assist with equipment setup and access changes throughout the associate lifecycle.
Document issues, steps taken, solutions, and end-user guidance clearly.
Provide technology guidance and training; use approved AI tools for tasks.
Identify recurring issues and suggest process/automation improvements.
