Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an IT Support Specialist to support users in a hybrid environment across Utah and New York. The role focuses on onsite help in Sandy and remote assistance for distributed teams, ensuring secure access and efficient technical support.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT support experience, proficient in Windows and MacOS, with strong customer service skills and familiarity with Jira Service Management. This part-time role offers a collaborative enterprise IT setting.

Qualifications

3+ years of IT support or service desk experience in Windows and macOS environments.
Experience managing incidents within SLA requirements, ideally using Jira Service Management.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Experience onboarding new employees and device provisioning is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve IT incidents and tickets for local and remote employees per SLA policies.
Provide onboarding support for new employees, including a 30–45 minute onboarding session and setup guidance.
Administer and support core collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro, and Office 365.
Diagnose hardware issues and support peripherals; maintain meeting rooms and desk setups.
Handle device provisioning, inventory and imaging processes following company policies.
