Requirements include 1–3 years of desktop support, a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, strong problem solving and communication skills; Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator and CompTIA A+ certifications are preferred. Three days onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, networking and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, Office and AD environments.
• Document incidents and coordinate with resolver teams as needed.
• Maintain asset inventory and support for hybrid/work-from-home arrangements.
