North Hills School District in Pittsburgh is seeking a district-wide technology support specialist. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, and assist with MS Office, Windows OS, Mac OSX and iOS environments. Basic networking knowledge is required.

This is a full-time onsite role with an 8-hour day and a 260-day year. Compensation starts at $20 per hour with yearly increases. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, retirement system, 13 PTO days, 2 emergency

Qualifications

Understanding of computer operations with demonstrated troubleshooting skills across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Knowledge of MS Office and Windows OS required; Mac OSX and iOS experience preferred.
Understanding and basic troubleshooting of Ethernet wired and wireless networks.

Responsabilités
