Job summary

Integrated Schoolhouse, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to assist in maintaining and troubleshooting school and business IT environments. You will handle requests via Helpdesk, phone, email, and in person, documenting progress and ensuring user satisfaction.

You will work with Mac, iPad, Windows, and Chromebooks, manage mobile devices, and support Office 365 and Google Admin. The role includes occasional remote work and on-site client visits in the greater Cincinnati area.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years experience in technology support.
• Ability to obtain FBI and CBI background checks.
• Experience with Mac, iPad, Windows and Chromebooks.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives IT support requests and documents progress through resolution.
• Support infrastructure systems and devices at client locations.
• Assist on larger projects with the President and onsite techs.
• Drive to client locations in greater Cincinnati.
