Calibre CPA Group, PLLC is seeking an experienced IT Support & Operations Specialist to deliver advanced technical support and operational assistance across our office network and remote workforce. The role focuses on end-user support, system maintenance, project assistance, and reliable IT service delivery throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills, a service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven technical support and systems administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for employees seeking tech support onsite and remotely.
• Troubleshoot access, authentication, MFA, SSO, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Provide advanced support for hardware, software, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Support conference room tech, audiovisual equipment, Teams, and office tech.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, firm software, and business systems.
• Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot issues and drive resolutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Maintain records of support requests and updates.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
• Document SOPs and maintain IT knowledge base.
• Administer user accounts in AD, Azure, M365; manage licenses.
• Assist with M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Support software deployments, upgrades, and tech refreshes.
