Qualifications

• At least 2 years of helpdesk support and customer service experience.
• Familiarity with macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently research solutions.
• A passion for technology and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-office and remote IT support through a ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot operating systems, software, hardware, and employee access issues.
• Onboard new hires through hardware deployment, equipment setup, and SaaS application access using single sign-on tools.
• Partner with AV, IT Engineering, and Workplace teams to resolve support needs.
• Coordinate with IT Logistics to maintain accurate office inventory.
• Keep knowledge base articles and IT documentation current.
• Support ongoing maintenance and scaling of the IT environment.
