Qualifications

• 1-2 years IT support or junior sysadmin experience.
• Experience with Windows laptops/desktops.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, peripheral, and connectivity issues.
• Google Workspace administration experience.
• Slack and Notion administration basics.
• IAM concepts: provisioning, MFA, least privilege, access management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Documentation and process maintenance.
• Onboarding and offboarding support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
