Job summary

Priceline IT is hiring an IT Support Specialist to join the Corporate IT team. The role involves leading complex end-user support across devices, collaboration tech, and access workflows within a hybrid model (two days in-office).

You will own advanced troubleshooting for conference rooms, Zoom Rooms, and collaboration tooling, coordinating with vendors and internal teams. White-glove support for executives and careful handling of high-visibility issues are expected.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on IT support experience across endpoint devices and collaboration tech.
• Experience supporting conference room systems and productivity tools.
• Comfortable handling executive/VIP stakeholder support and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT support initiatives across endpoint deployments and device migrations.
• Own advanced troubleshooting for conference rooms, display and collaboration tech to restore service quickly.
• Provide white-glove support to executives and VIPs, including urgent issues and high-visibility events.
• Support onboarding, access, and provisioning workflows with internal teams and vendors.
