Job summary

Priceline is seeking an IT Support Specialist to lead advanced endpoint and collaboration technology support in a hybrid environment. You will work with executive stakeholders and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure reliable services.

You will own complex issues, provide high-touch support, and help improve onboarding, provisioning, and documentation for core productivity tools across the Corporate IT ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in IT support and endpoint operations.
• Experience supporting executive and VIP stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT support initiatives involving endpoint deployments and device migrations.
• Own advanced troubleshooting for conference rooms, display, and collaboration tech issues.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for hardware, room systems, and productivity tools.
• Provide white-glove support to executives and high-visibility meetings and events.
• Support onboarding, access, and provisioning workflows with laptop builds and MFA enrollment.
• Deliver end-user enablement through guides, documentation, and training.
• Coordinate hands-on work across local and remote stakeholders to keep projects moving.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes and improve operational efficiency.
