Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT support initiatives involving endpoint deployments and device swaps.
• Own advanced troubleshooting for conference room and collaboration technology.
• Serve as senior escalation point for employee IT issues across hardware and software.
• Provide white-glove support to executives and VIP stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and provisioning workflows with internal teams.
• Deliver end-user enablement through documentation and training.
• Coordinate work across local and remote stakeholders to keep projects moving.
