Job summary

ElevenLabs in New York is seeking an IT Support Engineer for a hybrid role with four days on-site and one day remote. You will handle device lifecycle management, office IT support, and AV systems to keep our team productive and connected.

You will own end-user support, onboarding for new joiners, and IT projects, while building clear internal documentation and automation to streamline repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the role

We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer based out of our New York office. This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week on-site and one day working from home.

What You'll Do

• Device lifecycle management: assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping

• Office IT support: provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our New York office, as well as support with expansions and/or office buildouts

• AV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably

• End-user support: be the first point of contact for the team by logging, prioritising and resolving support tickets in a timely manner, keeping end users informed throughout.

• Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners

• New IT projects: contribute to IT initiatives

• Automation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work

• Documentation: write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides (fixes, processes and playbooks) to continue building out our internal knowledge base

• Solid IT fundamentals (macOS, iOS and Android Operating systems, networking basics, SaaS tooling, AV systems etc.)

• Hands-on experience with an MDM platform (Jamf, Kandji, Fleet or similar)

• Experience with Okta (or similar IdP) and understanding of access management principles, SSO, MFA and user/group management.

• A willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly

• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a knack for writing helpful documentation.

Bonus

• Prior experience in a high growth / startup environment

• Experience in a customer or public-facing role

• Experience with Agentic AI tooling

• Familiarity with bash scripting
