Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Tech Support Representative for hybrid work in Peachtree Corners, GA. This role focuses on hardware and software support, handling calls and web cases with a customer-first mindset.

You will troubleshoot a wide range of products, use Salesforce to manage cases, and collaborate with a 25-person Tier 1 team. A CJIS background check is required and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in technical support for software/hardware.
• Experience with Windows OS, mobile devices, and cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and ticket prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for 30+ hardware and software products.
• Troubleshoot issues via phone and email.
• Use Salesforce to manage and prioritize cases.
• Report trends and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain high CSAT and call quality.
