Job summary
Airwallex in New York is seeking an IT Support Associate to provide responsive, empathetic technical support for macOS and Windows, hardware issues, workplace applications, and AV for internal events. You’ll work from our New York office four days a week, with on-site coverage for events and moves.
You will own tickets from intake to resolution, document solutions in knowledge guides, assist with onboarding new hires, and collaborate with colleagues across our global IT teams to improve
Qualifications
- On-site IT support and customer service required.
- Experience with MacOS and Windows support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, Jira and Zoom.
- Ability to document solutions and write knowledge guides.
- Experience with on-site and remote IT support and AV systems.
- Experience onboarding new hires with computer and account setup.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own employee IT requests from intake to resolution.
- Provide on-site and remote support for macOS, MacBook hardware, Windows, and office tech.
- Assist with onboarding by setting up new hire computers and accounts.
- Document solutions and contribute to guides; share process improvements.
- Provide AV support for meeting rooms and office events.
