Job summary

Avoya Travel is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to deliver friendly, responsive support across the organization. In this hybrid role based in San Marcos, CA, you’ll assist employees with desktops, laptops, AV equipment, and collaboration tools, resolving incidents and guiding users through Microsoft 365 and teams-related issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of IT help desk or related experience.
• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Experience in corporate office IT support required.
• Experience with audio/video equipment in conference rooms required.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and endpoint management tools preferred.
• Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support via phone, email, ticketing, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, OS, and apps.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the IT service management system.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Support day-to-day IT operations, installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain conference room and collaboration technologies.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies and security standards.
