• Experience with MacOS and iOS devices.
• Experience with MS Office desktop and Office 365 cloud applications.
• Experience with AV sound and video systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with end-users.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Must agree with First Liberty’s Articles of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for Mac-based environment (macOS/iOS).
• Resolve issues with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Support MS Teams phones and Teams app.
• Log service requests and update tickets.
• Maintain and update IT systems to improve efficiency.
• Train end-users on new technologies.
