Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a Technology Service Analyst in New York to provide responsive technical support for lawyers and staff. The role covers troubleshooting, asset management, AV support, user training, and project coordination within a hybrid work setup.

The position requires strong Windows & MS 365 skills, AV experience, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced legal environment, with travel as needed for events and transitions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical support experience in business tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows & MS 365 applications (Outlook/Teams).
• Experience supporting audiovisual systems and videoconferencing in meetings/events.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support via phone, email, Webex, ticketing system, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues; escalate complex incidents.
• Own incidents from intake to resolution with clear documentation and user communication.
• Manage IT asset deployment, inventory, recovery, and disposal with accurate records.
• Support conference rooms and events in partnership with AV/Office Services teams.
• Coordinate and deliver technology training for lawyers and professionals.
• Support firm-wide meetings and moves; may require travel.
• Assist IT projects with planning, status tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve technology experience and stay current with tech.
