Job summary

LINC Systems is seeking a motivated IT Support & Business Systems Specialist to provide responsive technical support for employees while assisting with business applications, system administration, and technology projects. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, helping users, and learning how technology supports business operations.

Experience with SAP or another ERP platform is helpful, but not required.

Qualifications

2+ years IT support or help desk experience.
Hands-on experience with Windows and Microsoft 365.
Strong troubleshooting, organization, communication, and customer service skills.
Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level IT support for computers, software, printers, mobile devices, connectivity, and common user issues.
Respond to help desk requests promptly, communicate status clearly, and document solutions.
Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, user accounts, permissions, and other technology equipment.
Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
Assist users with ERP, CRM, customer portal, and other business application issues.
Participate in system testing, upgrades, implementations, integrations, and technology improvement projects.
Maintain technology asset records, procedures, configurations, and support documentation.
Identify recurring issues and recommend practical improvements or automation.
