Job summary

LHH is seeking an IT Support Specialist for an onsite role in Fort Worth, TX. You will support enterprise IT systems including SAP ERP, SQL databases, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Snowflake, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments to enable business productivity.

You will automate workflows, administer user access, troubleshoot end-user issues, and collaborate with Global IT to implement standardized procedures. A BS in IT/CS and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or system administration.
Proficiency with SQL, SAP, Windows Server, Windows 11, Azure, and Active Directory.
Office 365 administration, Teams, SharePoint, and VoIP experience.

Responsibilities

ERP Support: assist with ERP and SAP implementation, support/training, automation, and integration with EDI and other platforms.
Automation & process improvement: develop and implement automated solutions to streamline IT/Business operations.
Database management: perform SQL queries, manage databases, and support cloud data solutions.
User management: provisioning, permissions, and management via Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
IT support & troubleshooting: support end-users, resolve issues related to Windows 11, Teams, VoIP, SharePoint, AV equipment.
System administration: maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Office 365, SQL Server, Power BI, and Snowflake.
Collaboration tools: support Teams, SharePoint, VoIP, and other tools.
Documentation: maintain IT documentation and SOPs.
Grow in a global team: assist Global IT as needed and follow published procedures.
Effective communication with customers and partners at all levels; strong relationship-building with third-party vendors and customers.
Project management: prioritize activities to execute multiple projects in parallel.
Problem-solving and resolution: excellent analytical skills.
Scripting: scripting skills for automation.
