Job summary

All Lines Technology Inc. seeks a Database Administrator / ERP Administrator to support and maintain our ERP environment, including end-user support and issue resolution. You will manage ERP-related requests, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate escalations to ensure stability and performance of the ERP platform.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical and analytical skills with effective communication and collaboration across finance, operations, HR, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, administering, or troubleshooting an ERP system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Experience working with ticketing systems and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related support tickets and user requests.
• Review, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP system issues when possible.
• Escalate complex technical issues to vendors, support teams, or internal resources.
• Monitor ERP system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with end users to understand system challenges and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist with ERP system maintenance, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.
• Support data integrity efforts and assist with reporting and data management initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, human resources, and other business units to support ERP functionality.
• Participate in projects involving ERP enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
