Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service, technical support, service coordination, or project administration experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
• Experience with scheduling and dispatching.

Responsibilities

• Parts quoting and ordering for TSRs.
• Schedule reactive service calls and new project installations.
• Manage Technical Service calendar.
• Service LINC administration to include enter service calls, SAP order numbers.
• Send completed tickets for invoicing.
• Follow up on tech review and repair tickets.
• Scheduled Maintenance: maintain records and prepare quotes and agreements.
• Equipment Team Support.
• Manage installation activity on Equipment Project View.
• Assist with rental, demo, leasing, and placement agreements.
• Utilize SAP, LINC360, Service LINC, Power Bi, and internal shared drives.
• Work with Technical Service Customer Service team to enter service calls.
• Support quoting, ordering, and equipment installations as needed.
