Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or systems administration experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows computers and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting, organization, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues in clear, practical language.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support for computers, software, printers, mobile devices, connectivity, and common user issues.
• Respond to help desk requests promptly, communicate status clearly, and document solutions.
• Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, user accounts, permissions, and other technology equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Assist users with ERP, CRM, customer portal, and other business application issues.
• Participate in system testing, upgrades, implementations, integrations, and technology improvement projects.
• Maintain technology asset records, procedures, configurations, and support documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend practical improvements or automation.
