Lincoln Avenue Communities (LAC) seeks an IT Systems Engineer to lead the technical backbone powering our employee experience and corporate security. You will design, implement, and manage the core infrastructure powering our offices, endpoints, SaaS apps, and identity provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of systems administration and infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Intune and JAMF Pro.
• Identity services: Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Office 365 email infrastructure and secure gateways (Mimecast/Proofpoint).
• Knowledge of Azure services and hybrid environments.
• Physical server room/IDF management and network hardware.
• Automation through PowerShell scripts for M365/Azure.
• Experience with patch management, monitoring, backups, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Cisco Meraki stack across regional offices.
• Architect Exchange Online, mail flow, DNS, and Entra ID lifecycle.
• Manage endpoint deployment lifecycle using Intune and Autopilot.
• Administer Azure footprint including SQL, App Services, and Blob.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
• Implement enterprise backup systems for data integrity and recovery.
• Serve as systems admin for core platforms, SSO/SAML, and provisioning.
• Troubleshoot identity, network, security, and desktop issues.
• Support system installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with end users to meet application and workstation needs.
