LINC Systems is seeking a motivated IT Support & Business Systems Specialist to provide responsive technical support for employees while assisting with business applications, system administration, and technology projects. Experience with SAP or another ERP platform is helpful, but not required.

POSITION SUMMARY

LINC Systems is seeking a motivated IT Support & Business Systems Specialist to provide responsive technical support for employees while assisting with business applications, system administration, and technology projects. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, helping users, and learning how technology supports business operations. Experience with SAP or another ERP platform is helpful, but not required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to help desk requests promptly, communicate status clearly, and document solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or systems administration experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows computers and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting, organization, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues in clear, practical language.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Exposure to SAP or another ERP platform such as Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or Sage.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, device management, or user access administration.
• Basic knowledge of networking, databases, reporting tools, SQL, Power BI, or Power Automate.
• Experience supporting CRM, ecommerce, customer portal, warehouse, or distribution systems.
• Experience assisting with application integrations, acquisitions, or system migrations.
