Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' higher education and/or work experience.
• Experience digesting technical information and communicating technical problems effectively.
• Experience supporting MacBook and IOS devices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first responder to help desk escalations.
• Resolve technical incidents and respond to service requests.
• Troubleshoot MacBook and IOS device issues.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to perform system maintenance and updates.
• Research and report complex issues to senior staff.
• Collaborate on exciting projects with your fellow team members and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing procedures, making our processes more efficient.
• Understand and adhere to our risk and regulatory standards while identifying and escalating any risk-related issues.
• Handle various related duties as assigned, adapting to new challenges and learning opportunities.
