Job summary
Genworth in Richmond, VA is seeking a Manager, Technology & Cybersecurity Risk / Risk Data Analyst to lead risk data analytics, reporting, and automation across technology, cybersecurity, and third-party domains, providing insights to senior leadership.
The role combines deep risk expertise with advanced analytics, Power BI, Power Automate, AI-enabled tooling, and cross-functional influence, operating with minimal supervision and shaping risk management practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technology/Cyber Risk, Risk Management, or Risk Data Analytics.
- Experience conducting risk assessments and remediation activities.
- Familiarity with risk and control frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC).
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise technology risk assessments across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and data environments.
- Identify and prioritize risks to availability, security, resilience, and data integrity; maintain risk registers.
- Develop executive risk narratives and deliver dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Collaborate with Technology and Security teams to drive control improvements and remediation.
