Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in IT consulting, operations, strategy execution, enterprise PMO, or technology-focused business roles.
• Experience with performance reporting, workforce metrics, or financial tracking.
• Ability to translate complex information into executive-ready recommendations.
• Ability to influence and build alignment without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT strategy, performance, and executive deliverables.
• Prepare leadership-ready materials (slides, summaries, talking points) and ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain monthly and quarterly operating rhythms to keep materials ready and meetings running smoothly.
• Support the cadence of performance reviews by managing agendas, pre-reads, and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, templates, and workflows.
