Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, and endpoint management in tech companies.
• Strong knowledge of macOS environments and device management tools (e.g., JumpCloud, Jamf, Intune).
• Experience supporting SaaS business applications (Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Notion).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid IT role across US and North America.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for Boston-based employees and remote US staff, with global timezone coverage.
• Manage US procurement and asset management; forecast needs and onboard new hires.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, including account provisioning and hardware setup.
• Manage endpoint configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle with security compliance.
• Support corporate applications (G Workspace, JumpCloud, Zoom, Slack, Jira, Notion).
• Lead onsite IT operations for Port’s NA sites and assist with new office openings.
