Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an IT Senior Project Analyst to lead complex cross-functional initiatives within our Enterprise Technology portfolio, focusing on infrastructure including on-premises and cloud components. You will plan, track, and report progress while adhering to Ross SDLC standards.

You will mentor junior analysts, collaborate with stakeholders, and help drive continuous improvement in project delivery, risk management, and documentation using MS Office, OnePlan, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting project execution in a medium to large company with a focus on technology infrastructure
• Experience with PMO tools and both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IT projects across infrastructure layers
• Draft project review reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to Ross SDLC standards and delivery frameworks
• Coordinate with IT Contracts and vendors for SOWs and sign-offs
• Maintain project documentation and risk/issue registers
• Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in delivery
