Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations and application delivery.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience with configuring and operating modern process/workflow automation solutions such as BMC.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements and translate them into technical designs for batch processing.
• Lead small to moderately complex projects through full SDLC, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve issues and coordinate testing environments.
• Coordinate training deliverables and maintain project documentation.
