Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Manager of Data & Analytics to elevate analytical capabilities across the supply chain and to drive strategic projects for senior leadership. You will lead complex analyses, explore new methodologies, and ensure data-driven decision making across functions.

The role focuses on ad hoc and project-based work, partnering with Engineering and cross-functional teams, and adopting advanced analytics techniques to unlock business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post college experience in analytical roles.
• Retail/Supply Chain analytics experience preferred.
• Project Management: ability to prioritize multiple projects and update senior teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong quantitative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to diagnose business problems and measure impact across functions.
• Lead analytics for cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Planning, Store Ops, DCs, etc.
• Act as subject matter expert for analytics on these projects and communicate insights.
