Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Sr. IT Applications Analyst to design, implement, and optimize batch processing solutions supporting key business operations.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and lead small to medium projects through the SDLC for timely delivery. The role requires 5+ years in IT operations, experience with batch systems in retail, and ability to work in-office with some remote work, coordinating across global teams and ensuring quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations and application delivery.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience with configuring and operating modern process/workflow automation solutions such as BMC.
• Knowledge of batch systems in a Retail context and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize and document requirements from project team and self.
• Translate functional requirements to technical requirements.
• Document design gaps and review with stakeholders.
• Coordinate detailed design activities and support QA process.
• Manage test environments and data; coordinate UAT and sign-off.
• Create documentation for training deliverables.
