Job summary

Elior North America is seeking an experienced IT Project Lead & Analyst to bridge IT, operations, and business teams across North America. The role includes gathering requirements, documenting processes, coordinating stakeholders, and driving IT initiatives from planning through deployment.

You will contribute to transitioning away from legacy systems toward ERP platforms and support site openings, transitions, and IT deployments with a practical, adaptive leadership style.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, coordination, or business analysis.
• Experience supporting IT projects, technology deployments, or system transitions.
• Ability to adapt in evolving environments with unclear processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT initiatives for new unit openings, openings, and site transitions.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for IT and operations teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, and status updates.
