Job summary

CoreSite in Denver is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead agile ceremonies and oversee IT project delivery across the SDLC. You will balance deadlines, scope, and quality while guiding cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Rally. PMP or CSM is preferred; 4–6 years PM experience and 3+ years delivering technology projects are expected.

Qualifications

On-site two days per week in Denver for collaboration and office presence.
Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and business audiences.
Proficient with Jira, Confluence and Rally for project delivery and reporting.
Familiar with Agile scaling (SAFe/LeSS) for large, complex projects.
PMP and/or CSM certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee SDLC-driven software delivery using Agile, Iterative or Waterfall frameworks.
Coordinate with stakeholders including executives, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
Coach and mentor teams on agile practices, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Improve delivery velocity and product quality by optimizing tools and processes (e.g., Jira).
Manage resources, risks, and dependencies; remove blockers to protect delivery timelines.
Support project intake and governance activities, including ROI calculations.
