Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking a W2T Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives in a hybrid local setting. You will partner with executives to define goals, manage budgets, and drive governance across business, operations, and technology teams.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain plans and RAID logs, and report progress to leaders while mitigating risks and managing stakeholders with a strong executive presence.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Project Management experience leading business-focused initiatives.
• Hands-on experience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing project budgets ranging from $150K to multi-million-dollar initiatives.
• Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources.
• Experience leading business transformation or enterprise initiatives.
• Consulting or professional services experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives are achieved.
• Partner with business leaders to define project goals, requirements, and success metrics.
• Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, resource plans, and RAID logs.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, financial tracking, and vendor spend.
• Monitor project financials and provide budget status updates to leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business, operations, technology, and external partners.
• Deliver executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Drive project governance, change management, and decision-making processes
