Job summary

Consumer Reports is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to coordinate IT programs across Digital Product squads, IT, Data Office, and Marketing. You will guide work to deliver on time, within budget, and aligned with our mission to improve the marketplace.

Hybrid role onsite 3 days per quarter; not eligible for sponsorship. You will lead Jira backlogs, develop program strategy, and partner with senior leaders to prioritize IT opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 10–15 years IT and business industry work experience
• Project Management certification (PMP) or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex IT programs spanning multiple projects and teams.
• Develop program strategy with business cases and high‑level project plans.
• Ensure project scope, timing, and budgets align with business needs.
• Engage IT and business executives and external partners to relay strategy and updates.
• Maintain accountability for successful execution of all IT portfolio projects.
