Hyundai Capital America in Irvine, CA is seeking an IT Project Portfolio Management Associate to support enterprise IT portfolio planning, governance, and reporting. You will maintain portfolio data, develop dashboards, coordinate intake and governance activities, and monitor risks and dependencies.

The role emphasizes automation using approved AI and analytics tools to improve data quality and reporting efficiency, and requires collaboration with PPM leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business/PM or related field.
• Experience supporting IT project, program, portfolio, PMO, or business operations activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint and project reporting or portfolio management tools.

Responsabilités

• Portfolio reporting and data management: collect, validate, and summarize project and portfolio data; maintain trackers, dashboards, KPIs, timelines, and review materials.
• Process improvement, AI, and automation: develop, test, and implement automation for reporting workflows to improve data quality and efficiency.
• PPM tools, standards and documentation: maintain templates, checklists, procedures, and guidebooks; support portfolio platforms and data-quality checks.
• Project governance and intake support: coordinate submissions, track requirements, and prepare review materials.
• Assigned initiative support: assist small initiatives by updating plans, tracking deliverables and risks, and maintaining readiness checklists.
