Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) seeks a Sr. Manager, IT Strategy & Planning to translate enterprise tech priorities into actionable roadmaps and plans. You will lead strategic roadmaps, operating priorities, and performance measures while guiding a team that delivers programs across the Digital Division.

You will partner with senior leaders to align resources, manage risks, and drive organizational effectiveness, with a strong emphasis on executive communications and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT strategy, planning, or digital transformation.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership in large, complex orgs.
• Finance, automotive finance, tech, or regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for the Digital Division and create roadmaps and operating plans.
• Coordinate with IT and business leaders to align priorities and investments.
• Oversee governance, dashboards, and performance metrics for initiatives.
• Develop executive presentations and decision-support analyses.
