HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Portfolio Reporting and Data Management: Collect, validate, and summarize project and portfolio data using established reporting methods. Maintain trackers, dashboards, KPIs, timelines, and review materials. Compile reported status, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, and follow up on missing, inconsistent, or outdated information.

Process Improvement, AI, and Automation: Develop, test, and implement automation for assigned PPM and reporting workflows using approved AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and increase reporting accuracy and efficiency.

PPM Tools, Standards and Documentation: Maintain PPM templates, checklists, procedures, instructions, and guidebooks using established standards, and prepare updates for review and approval. Support portfolio platforms, SharePoint repositories, and reporting tools through project setup, user-access maintenance, data-quality checks, time-reporting support, and recurring administrative activities.

Project Governance and Intake Support: Coordinate submissions and supporting materials for project intake, pipeline tracking, estimation, approvals, and stage-gate reviews. Maintain governance records, check submissions against established requirements, track follow-up actions, and prepare review materials.

Assigned Initiative Support: Support assigned small initiatives or defined workstreams under PPM leadership by updating plans and schedules, tracking deliverables, risks, and action items, coordinating status updates, and maintaining operational readiness checklists within established PPM standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Minimum 2-4 years of related experience supporting IT project, program, portfolio, PMO, or business operations activities.

Experience maintaining and analyzing project data, preparing reports or dashboards, coordinating governance activities, and supporting cross-functional initiatives in a deadline-driven environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Training or certification in project management, Agile, or reporting and analytics tools preferred.

Working knowledge of project management concepts, project life cycles, and project intake, reporting, and governance processes.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint and project reporting or portfolio management tools.

Ability to collect, validate, and analyze project and portfolio data and develop dashboards and leadership reports using established reporting methods.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and efficiency within assigned PPM workflows.

Working knowledge of AI, automation, or analytics tools and the ability to develop, test, and implement automation for assigned reporting and workflow activities using approved tools.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills to maintain documentation, track follow-up actions, and meet deadlines.

Clear written and verbal communication skills to prepare status updates and coordinate information with project teams and business stakeholders.
