Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) seeks a skilled PM/Program Management Manager in Irvine to independently manage OEM, product, dealer, and emerging programs. You will evaluate business needs, develop recommendations, and coordinate initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and customer/dealer experiences.

Key responsibilities include translating priorities into actionable plans, coordinating OEM collaborations, and leading cross-functional initiatives across product and digital retail.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of related experience in product or program management, sales, finance, marketing, or a related business function.
• Experience independently leading complex projects or workstreams through cross‑functional influence.
• Experience in automotive finance, automotive sales, financial products, or dealer programs preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of product and program management practices, including performance measurement, financial analysis, and business case development.
• Ability to analyze market, financial, and program information and develop practical recommendations.
• Project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, managing risks, and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives.
• Effective relationship management and communication skills, including presenting results and recommendations to business leaders and external stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business priorities into execution plans and lead work through influence without direct authority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital retail sales tools or related technology.

Responsibilities

• Translate mid- to long-term business priorities into actionable program plans with OEM and internal stakeholders.
• Develop recommendations and execution approaches for product, dealer, digital retail, and emerging business programs.
• Coordinate integration of HCI products into OEM and dealer sales processes.
• Manage assigned OEM programs and coordinate implementation of approved solutions.
• Establish and monitor performance measures, milestones, risks, and resource requirements for programs.
• Develop customized dealer programs to support sales volume and growth.
• Coordinate program launches, communications, and post-program analyses.
• Define and monitor performance measures and adjust based on results.
• Support development of new sales channels, products, and brand initiatives.
