Hyundai Capital America is hiring an IT Project Portfolio Management Associate to support enterprise IT portfolio planning, governance, and automation. You will develop dashboards, coordinate intake, and monitor risks, dependencies, and resource demand while improving data quality and reporting accuracy.

The role emphasizes collaboration across PMO teams, cross-project coordination, and implementing automation using AI tools to boost efficiency and portfolio visibility.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting IT project, program, portfolio, PMO, or business operations activities.
• Ability to collect, validate, and analyze project data and develop dashboards and leadership reports.
• Working knowledge of AI, automation, or analytics tools in reporting workflows.

Aufgaben

• Portfolio Reporting and Data Management: collect, validate, summarize project data and maintain trackers, dashboards, KPIs, timelines, and review materials.
• Process Improvement, AI, and Automation: develop and implement automation for PPM reporting workflows to enhance quality and efficiency.
• PPM Tools, Standards and Documentation: maintain templates, checklists, and guidebooks and support portfolio platforms and reporting tools.
• Project Governance and Intake Support: coordinate submissions, track governance records, and prepare review materials.
• Assigned Initiative Support: assist defined workstreams and update plans, schedules, risks, and action items.
