Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a detail-oriented Community Technology Operations Analyst to support IT operations across roughly 250 communities, with a hybrid schedule in McLean, VA. The role connects service management, vendor performance, financial analysis and project coordination to drive reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities include analyzing service desk data, coordinating vendors and stakeholders, maintaining asset inventories and tracking budgets, contracts and renewals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT operations or service management experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience with ITSM, asset management, or project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT service desk data, aging tickets, SLAs and escalations to identify risks and improve service delivery.
• Coordinate vendors, technical teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and track corrective actions.
• Maintain technology asset inventories, vendor contracts, licenses, support agreements and equipment lifecycle records.
• Track IT budgets, CapEx, OpEx, invoices, forecasts, recurring charges and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate technology projects for acquisitions, new developments, renovations, equipment refreshes and remediation.
• Develop dashboards and leadership reports covering KPIs, vendor performance, spending, project milestones and technology risks.
