Job summary

Empower Strategies in Arlington, VA seeks an IT & Business Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day technology support, onboarding, AV systems, and cross‑functional operations. You will lead internal tech initiatives, coordinate with the parent IT team, and ensure secure, efficient access for all employees.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in IT support or help desk.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite and IT service tooling.
• Experience with Jira/ServiceNow/Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, systems, and business apps to resolve employee issues.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding including account provisioning and access management.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot AV systems for internal and client meetings.
• Support hardware/software upgrades, system enhancements, and tech projects.
• Serve as liaison with parent company IT to resolve issues and coordinate support.
• Assist with asset management, system maintenance, and process improvements.
• Provide additional business operations and admin support as needed.
