Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and IT ticket systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for IT requests related to systems, software, hardware, and access.
• Lead IT orientation for new employees and oversee offboarding of assets and accounts.
• Set up and support AV systems in conference rooms and client meetings.
• Support hardware/software enhancements and troubleshooting projects.
• Act as primary internal point of contact between PLUS and parent IT teams.
• Provide ad hoc operational support across the organization as needed.
