Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service requests and downtime.
• Support audio/video conferencing systems and department devices.
• Collaborate with VCU Technology Service to maintain workstations and devices.
• Develop and maintain internal support processes and documentation.
• Research, test, and implement automation to improve operations.
