Turn2Partners is seeking an IT Operations Manager in the Northern Virginia area to lead daily IT operations across infrastructure, applications, and security. The role blends hands-on guidance with strategic oversight, ensuring compliance and scalable technology solutions.

You will manage a technical team, oversee networks and enterprise apps, and drive disaster recovery and security improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in medium to large IT environments.

• Ability to perform deep root cause analysis.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day IT operations across infrastructure, applications, support, security, and compliance
• Manage and mentor a skilled technical team while providing hands‑on guidance
